How does an admin stop a user from setting up a mail rule to forward messages to an external email address?
Our HR department have asked us to do this and the only thing I can think of doing is to remove the "send copy to" action from the mail template and hence changing everyone's mailbox design. Eliminating any currently active rules of this nature is even more complex!
Anyone have any ideas?
